Pickup exists only in Grand-Mère, by arrangement. Outside the region, everything goes by delivery.
What we refuse to write
Why this page posts no lead time
It would be easy to write “delivered in 24 hours anywhere in Quebec”. Plenty of firms do, and it is almost always false somewhere. We will not, for a reason anyone can check: we cannot keep it from one end of the province to the other, and a promise you break costs more than a promise you never made.
What we can state is precise. Every size in the catalogue shows what is in our warehouse today and what must come from the distributor, with the number of business days particular to that model. That number is true because it comes from the record, not from a brochure.
The trip out to you sits on top of that, and it depends on where you are. So we talk it through when the order is confirmed, with you, rather than turning it into a selling point posted in advance.
Whether your shop is in the Outaouais, the Saguenay or the Bas-Saint-Laurent, the path is the one used in Shawinigan: you build your request, we go back over it with you, and we agree on what follows. Nothing is charged through the site, and nothing leaves before it is settled.

Shawinigan is the one place a pickup can be arranged. It is set up with us ahead of time, never by showing up unannounced.
Tires in Trois-Rivières
Our warehouse is in Grand-Mère, inside Shawinigan. Nothing in Trois-Rivières: no unit, no depot, no pickup point.
