First create a regular customer account, then write to us with your garage name and the account email. Pneus Distribution reviews the request, agrees a discount percentage with you, and attaches it to your account.

Once attached to your account, it applies automatically to every price shown while you are signed in: shop, product page, cart and order request. There is no code to enter. The regular price stays visible, struck through, next to yours.

It depends on the code. By default a code does NOT stack with a dealer discount: the cart declines it and tells you why, and you keep the price you negotiated. When a code is marked stackable, it applies to the subtotal that is ALREADY discounted — so a 20% dealer discount and a 20% code give 36% off in total, not 40. The cart and the request summary show both lines separately, before you send it.

On the tire sidewall, in relief: for example 205/55R16 91H. The first number is the width in millimetres, the second the aspect ratio as a percentage, the third the diameter in inches. The same information appears on the label on the driver’s door pillar.

Yes, and it is the fastest way: the search accepts both the dropdowns and free text (205/55R16, 205 55 16, 2055516).

Write to us before the tire is fitted: a product that has not been installed, in its original condition, can be exchanged or refunded under our return policy. When in doubt, the simplest route is to check the size with us before sending the request.

It is the 3PMSF symbol: it certifies that a tire meets winter traction requirements. In Quebec, compliant winter tires are mandatory from December 1 to March 15. The shop’s 3PMSF filter shows only those tires.

The rubber compound and the tread. A winter tire stays supple below freezing and its tread is cut for snow and ice; a summer tire grips best on clear road, warm or wet, and hardens in the cold; an all-season tire is a compromise between the two, fine for much of the year, never as good as the specialist in its own conditions. In Quebec, only tires bearing the three-peak mountain snowflake symbol (3PMSF) meet the December 1 to March 15 requirement: some all-season tires carry it, many do not.

Two: pickup or delivery. You state your preference when you send your request, and nothing is settled at that stage: the mode, the timing and the arrangements are agreed afterwards directly with Pneus Distribution. Pickup always happens by prior arrangement.

Off the site, with you. Once your request is in, Pneus Distribution will get in touch as soon as possible to arrange payment and handover. No amount is ever charged online, and nothing is settled without your agreement.

Off the site, and in person. The site processes no payment: no card number is ever asked for online, and nothing is charged. Once your request is in, Pneus Distribution confirms the final amount with you, then payment is settled at handover, using the payment methods it confirms to you.

The price advertised in the shop is the amount payable per tire: nothing is added to it along the way. Taxes are extra: GST at 5% and QST at 9.975%, computed in the cart and when you send your request, where every component is itemized line by line. Nothing is hidden.

There is no automatic discount based on quantity, and we would rather say so than let you hope for one in the cart. Two discounts exist, both granted by us: the negotiated price of a dealer account, and any promo code currently running. For a large quantity, write to us.

It is worked out from current prices and taxes, so it is reliable, but it stays an estimate until Pneus Distribution has confirmed it with you: a size may be missing, or handover arrangements may be added. Since no payment is taken online, nothing is charged before that confirmation.

30 days on tires that have not been installed, in their original condition. A tire that has been fitted or driven on is no longer eligible for a standard return, but remains covered by its manufacturer’s warranty.

Yes: every new tire is covered by its manufacturer’s warranty against material and workmanship defects; some models also offer a mileage warranty. Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act applies on top of that, as of right.
